Curated rather than concatenated: beta_52's test-build warnings are dropped,
and two statements that later changed are corrected to what actually ships —
the save chip is text not a floppy icon (#263), and About reports v1.17.4-touch
not v1.17.0. The upgrade-affecting items lead: the one-way chat-history format
change, the 250-message default cap, and the region-preset TX power fix.
