stratself c66fb684f0 docs: Add guide for push notifications (#2244) 
Adds a page for push notifications under /guides. The main thing it covers are how push works in Matrix, UnifiedPush usage and selfhosting, and some troubleshooting of common push issues.

I took the liberty to include various aspects of push not pertaining to the server itself, because it was commonly asked in our chatrooms and are quite important for all matrix users. Kind of like livekit.

Closes #2136

theS1LV3R 39bb4fefa1 feat: Add support for custom DNS servers 
Adds an option `dns_servers` which takes IPs for custom servers.
Does not allow for custom DNS ports as this is largely not supported in
tokio and hickory, and would otherwise be a pain to implement properly.

Sebastian Spaeth b4a2a457a1 debian: Change weekly versioning scheme 
Right now our weekly Debian versioning scheme is VERSION="$BASE_VERSION~git$DATE.$SHA-$CLEAN_COMPONENT".
This sorts weekly releases AFTER the BASE_VERSION, so when both stable
and unstable are enabled, we never get weekly versions installed.
https://wiki.debian.org/Versioning proposes {upcoming_version}~git{date}.{hash}-{revision} for nightly releases, which means we would have to know the release number of the upcoming version in advance. I don't think that is useful for us.

By switching from a tilde to a dash, our weekly versions are not sorted
above the stable base version and we will install the weekly versions
over the base version, which I believe is closer to what we intend.
