Use a verified 0 dB ES8311 stage instead of the driver's +17.5 dB boost, and convert LVGL JPEG BGR output correctly.
Keep active audio off UI mutex waits, limit ordinary snapshot publication to 10 Hz, and reuse the L2 worker on core 0 with a scoped playback priority. Add gain, channel-order, UI contention, volume, priority and lifetime regressions without extra audio tasks or buffers.
